Refunds are eligible only for services canceled within 7 days of purchase, provided the service has not yet been delivered or initiated.
Once a service has been started or delivered, it becomes non-refundable. Digital products and consultancy hours are also non-refundable.
To request a refund, contact our support team with your order details. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your payment provider; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
In the event of a refund dispute, our customer support team will review the case and resolve it in alignment with our terms and service agreement.
